Brian Posey didn't set out to be a plumber. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, another in Pre-Law, and two years of law school under his belt, plumbing wasn't exactly in the plan. Neither was seminary — until it was.
After earning his Master's Degree in Biblical Studies and spending years teaching the Word, Brian was working with adults with developmental disabilities when a friend called with an unusual offer. "Do you want to be a plumber?" Brian had no background in the trades, no tools, and no idea what he was getting into. But he said yes.
That friend knew someone willing to teach him. Brian learned the craft from the ground up, eventually spending eight years with Mr. Rooter before founding Posey Family Plumbing in 2022. His son Gabriel now works alongside him, learning the trade the same way Brian did — one job at a time.
Today Brian serves Franklin, Jefferson, and Saint Charles Counties as a Licensed Master Plumber with contractor licenses in Saint Charles County, Jefferson County, and the City of Festus — and is also licensed to work in Franklin and Gasconade Counties.
