Loose Toilets Need Attention
A rocking toilet can break the wax seal and let water damage the floor. Sometimes the issue is simple. Sometimes there is flange or floor damage underneath.
Replacement When It Makes Sense
If the toilet is cracked, outdated, unreliable, or the repair cost is getting too close to replacement, a new toilet may be the better investment.
