When replacing a faucet, look at the shutoff valves too. If they are old, stuck, or corroded, it is usually smarter to replace them while everything is already apart.

❌ Myth: A dripping faucet is just annoying.
✅ Fact: A drip wastes water and can be a sign that parts inside the faucet are wearing out. Leaks under the sink can also damage cabinets.
