Common Leak Sources
Leaks often come from shutoff valves, supply lines, faucets, toilets, water heaters, tub and shower valves, drain connections, and aging piping.
Find the Source First
Water does not always show up directly under the leak. It can run along pipes, cabinets, framing, or flooring before you notice it. The first step is finding the real source.
Repair Before It Becomes Damage
Replacing a bad valve, supply line, wax ring, or fitting early is usually cheaper than repairing water damage later.
💡 Brian's Professional Tip
If you see water where it does not belong, take a picture and shut off the nearest valve if you can do so safely. If you cannot stop the water locally, know where your main shutoff is.
